At Aerie Fashion Shop, we want you to love your Activewear, AE77 Premium Tops, and fashion accessories as much as we do. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.
Our Return Promise
We handle your returns with the same care we put into designing our Adaptive Bras and Balconette Bras collections – making the process as comfortable and seamless as possible.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Item must be in original condition with all tags attached
- Item must not show signs of wear or washing
- Original proof of purchase must accompany the return
- Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Beauty products and Bath & Body items (opened or unopened)
- Adaptive Bras and other intimate apparel (unless defective)
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Securely package your item(s) with the original packaging and include:
- Completed return form (will be provided with your RMA)
- Copy of your order confirmation

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days after arrival), we’ll process your request:
- Refunds: Issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval
- Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after approval (subject to availability)
Return Shipping Information
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
International Returns
Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for:
- All return shipping costs
- Any applicable customs duties or taxes
Note: Refunds for international orders will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees by your financial institution.
