International Shipping

We ship worldwide (excluding some Asian countries and remote areas). International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

Our Return Promise

We stand behind our collections of Adaptive Bras, Balconette Bras, and fashion accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free returns process within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

  • Item must be in original condition with all tags attached
  • Item must not show signs of wear or washing
  • Original proof of purchase must accompany the return
  • Return must be initiated within 15 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Beauty products and Bath & Body items (opened or unopened)
  • Adaptive Bras and other intimate apparel (unless defective)

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Initiate Your Return

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, we’ll email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed return instructions.

Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return

Securely package your item(s) with the original packaging and include:

  • Completed return form (provided with your RMA)
  • Copy of your order confirmation

Step 4: Receive Your Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5-7 business days after arrival):

  • Exchanges: Shipped within 1-2 business days after approval (subject to availability)

Important Return Notes

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

International Returns: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties or taxes. Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees by your financial institution.
